Shipping & Delivery

Hong Kong orders:

• Free shipping with order over HK$500.
• We endeavour to process and ship all orders within 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays within Hong Kong.
• Orders are delivered with SF Express. The usual delivery time is 2-3 business days after dispatch. A tracking number will be provided after orders have been dispatched.
• PO Box addresses will not be accepted.

International orders:

• Shipping cost is based on weight and will be calculated at check out.
• The usual delivery time is 10-14 working days after dispatch.
• When placing an order for delivery outside Hong Kong, you will be responsible for any applicable taxes and custom duties in your destination in addition to your shipping charge.
